•    Born Nicastro now Lamezia Terme, Italy, 05/10/1966.
•    1995 Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Transportation, University of Firenze.
•    1995 Qualification to the profession of Engineer, University of Firenze.
•    From 2002 researcher of CNR-IBIMET (Institute of Biometeorology) of Firenze.
•    1995 to 2002 researcher of FMA (Applied Meteorology Foundation, now Foundation of Climate and Sustainability) of Firenze.
•    Application and configuration over the Tuscany region of the following meteorological and dispersion models: MINERVE, HERMES and SPRAY by ARIA Technologies SA, Paris; CALMET, CALPUFF and CALGRID by Earth Tech Inc.; APRAC, CALINE, STREET and CPBM developed in the framework of US EPA.
•    Application and configuration over the city of Firenze of the following emission models: MODEM by Inrets, Bron (France), and COPERT by the University of Thessaloniki.
•    Built up within FMA a GIS over the city of Firenze to manage and control air pollution due to urban traffic, which includes integrated models for traffic assignment, pollutant emission and dispersion.
•    Built up as an experimental operational web service at the LaMMA Consortium an ozone daily forecasting system over the Tuscany region, which is based on a modelling chain including the WRF-NMM meteorological model and the CALGRID photochemical dispersion model.
•    Contribution to build up at the LaMMA Consortium a web-oriented interactive system to classify the Tuscany region from a wind energy viewpoint.
•    2003 and 2006, teacher in University master on applied meteorology on behalf of the University of Firenze, Faculty of Agriculture.
•    2011, teacher in using air pollutant dispersion models to Civil Protection Unit of the Umbria Region on behalf of CeSIA - Accademia dei Georgofili of Firenze.
•    Scientific responsible of FMA research unit within some projects promoted by CNR on traffic-related pollution modelling, such as PFT2 and Agenzia 2000.
•    Scientific responsible of CNR-IBIMET research unit within a project promoted by the Tuscany regional government on the development and application of meteorological and dispersion models.
